Aqueous cleaning – efficient, space saving and gentle on resources
Zurück
In the past year LPW Reinigungssysteme GmbH has responded to the signs of the times with a complete overhaul of their PowerJet and “PowerLine” production lines. Due to LPW’s in-house analysis and measuring techniques it has been possible to optimise the new lines in an exemplary way under the aspects of energy consumption as well as running costs such as maintenance and tank replacement costs. This is particularly exemplified by the PowerLine optimised process-technical construction for the effective reduction of media carryover and so extension of service life and process-reliable drying due to multiple utilisation of available heat sources with fully filtrated air in circulating air operation. Also of note are the following; Integrated full stream filtration for continuous tank preparation and integrated pre-separation of oil as well as integrated evaporator for removing finest dirt particles, tank heating and considerably longer service life, optionally with energy-efficient gas heating and low temperature losses due to compact, space-saving system design as well as the integrated piping. As a result it has been possible to reduce the power and water consumption of these systems by up to 50 percent in comparison with similar systems. All LPW cleaning systems are equipped with a fully visualised process control which in addition can be extended to include a production data acquisition (PDA) function.
