At wire Aumann will be presenting its selection of wire enamelling machines for the 0.015 to 1.20mm à˜ range of wires. The series of horizontal machines has been supplemented during the past year by the model DLH 7-100-250, in order to cover the 0.10 – 0.25mm à˜ range all with one machine, which is something many of our customers have been asking for. The complete Aumann systems comprise the inline drawing unit, annealer, enamel applicator, baking oven with cooling system, inline control devices, double spooler for biconical coils and controls featuring modern visualisations. The machines are characterised in particular by their high production speed, constant enamelled wire quality, easy handling and a long operational life-time. This makes for high production levels and high-quality wire and so ensures the cost per kilo of enamelled wire is kept low. At the same time as wire 2010, wire enamelling machines will be displayed at the Aumann head office in Espelkamp.
