The DH2000 patented double head benders double productivity and finish all operations in one bending cycle even for complex wire or tubular shapes, starting from coil or bar. Set up and adjustment are not required. Many advantages: very high productivity rate thanks to double head simultaneous bending; right/left bending and bending with variable radius on the same head and with the same tool; central clamping unit allows to bend more complex shapes, such as closed parts, ends that reverse back to the inside of the closed parts and a better control of the bending; ability to bend a “double” part and cut them apart after bending; ability to bend parts with welded fixtures or flexible hoses and to bend armoured electrical resistances.
