The new Zet@Premium Eddy current instrument from CMS, has an array of technical features for wire testing. Equipped with different kind of probes the Zet@ Premium will be able to detect any kind of defects located on metallic products and meet quality standards such as API, ASTM, DIN, GOST... Among the smallest instrument in its range, it offers a simple Windows-based interface, available in languages including English, French, Chinese, Russian, Turkish, Portuguese or Italian. Its wide and bright color screen and the panel keyboard and mouse allows use in rough environments. In case of any problem all over the world, the customer is not alone with his equipment. The Remote Control Assistance, installed on Zet@premium, allows engineers from CMS head office (via an internet connection) to modify and adjust settings, upgrade softwares, save parameters.....in customer’ Zet@Premium installed in customer line. Software for store and analyze data is available as report with full information concerning inspection.
