Energy is expensive, in terms of money, pollution and depletion of the reserves of our planet: For this reason I.LE.S. Srl stepped up its efforts, to achieve new heat treatment energy-efficient plants. The last plant we realised – a conveyor belt furnace with forced air circulation model 2.72 R1 – allows to save energy by more than 35%, when compared to a conventional model, with the same technical characteristics, belt width and useful surface. The countless production tests carried out by many of our customers, showed that with this new furnace, in addition to saving energy, it is possible to treat the material at lower temperatures around 20°C, when compared to a conventional model. Another notable advantage of these plants, is that there are no hot external components, so the operators can work in condition of absolute safety.
