Gotex is a manufacturer of cable reinforcement, insulating, wrapping or protection products, such as technical woven tapes (bullet-proof, flame barrier, rodent-proof, anti-temperature, waterblocking tapes, etc.) as well as fibers and coated yarns (glass reinforcements, anti-rodent yarns, ripcords, waterblocking yarns, aramids, glass yarns coated with polyurethane or any other fiber with any coating) for a broad variety of cables (Fiber optics, telecom, copper, power cables, etc.). For this purpose, Gotex S.A. has recently developed and launched to the market a new product: fiber glass yarn with hot-melt coating. Once heated, this impregnation bonds forming a tubular shape around the cable and optimizing the contact with the outer jacket. This product ensures an excellent reinforcement inside the cable and rodent protection (Coloured version is also available.). Gotex is an ISO9001:2008- certified Company.
