At this year’s wire Bruchsal-based Advaris Informationssysteme GmbH will focus on its competence as an overall provider of all functions that companies in the wire and cable industry need in order to do successful business. At Booth B 22 in Hall 10 visitors will be able to find out about the latest efficient software technology in combination with relevant industry-specific ERP functionalities. SMEs in particular, but also global players with a high level of international involvement, profit from a length-based system design from start to finish and can secure themselves sustainable competitive advantages thanks to the complete modular solution that Advaris offers. Integrated CAQ process chain, machine data capture and RFID pilot project. In addition to new software functionalities for cable design, manufacture and warehouse management, Advaris will be displaying highly efficient options for the complete representation of the CAQ process chain from the preparation of test plans during design to the automatic captuirng of measured values during manufacture as well as an innovative interface solution for the flexible integration of measuring instruments, machine control units (PLCs) and sensors. Another highlight from Advaris will be the presentation of an RFID pilot project for spool monitoring in production which the Bruchsal-based company will be presenting for the first time at wire together with its project associate Niehoff. This makes the monitoring of a manufacturing stage in the production process very much easier for the operator and the error susceptibility decreases considerably. Since now the braid wire spools which are otherwise very difficult to monitor can be monitored individually, the transparency of the process as a whole increases and every individual manufacturing length can now be traced without interruption.
