Fortuna Federn GmbH is established family owned manufacturer of the spring making machinery and equipment on the world market. On wirethe company will present on 120m² space our almost complete production range and for the 1st time to the public lot of brand new products. New 5 axis servo controlled WIM CNC lathe coilers for production of all types of cylindrical springs and all kinds of wire parts will be presented through our WIM-12 CNC 5AX (up to 12,00mm) and WIM-20 CNC (up to 20,00mm) machines. BEM CNC our new servo controlled machinery line for half automatic production of the most diverse bending parts will be presented for the 1st time to the public with BEM-12 CNC (up to 12,00mm) machine. GRM brand new product line of horizontal servo controlled spring end grinders suitable for grinding of long compression springs will be presented through GRM-10 (up to 10,00mm) Our COM CNC line we will present through COM-8 CNC hydraulic servo controlled spring making machine up to 8.00mm wire diameter which become very popular on the world market because of it is cost effectiveness and its reliability. Our very popular spring looping machines OBW and MPK have been also redesigned for even easier set up process and will be presented through MPK-12 (up to 12,00mm) and brand new OBW-8 (up to 8,00mm). Through many years we are offering also retrofitting and upgrade of your second hand universal spring coiling machines now equipped with newest servo controlling CNC system. Fortuna Federn has extended the product range with another machinery line BEM CNC. BEM CNC servo controlled machines are used for half automatic production of the most diverse wire parts from up to 12,00mm (.472”)of the wire diameter. The control is very easy and with foot switch you can start each bending action very easily. Through combination of two separate bending segments you are able to produce very efficiently small and even big series.
