Enkotec continues to present news within high-performance machinery for nail production. This year it will demonstrate its latest machine model, the MI01, producing nails of dimensions à¸2.3 - 3.8mm and 50 - 90mm length, at a speed of 1,000 nails per minute. With the MI01 machine, intended for small and midsize capacity needs, Enkotec is utilizing the latest production technology, and the tooling ring includes a reduced number of dies. The machine features a simple and sturdy transmission system, mainly based on belt drives, with a more mechanical adjustment set-up than Enkotec’s high-capacity NX01 models. Also to be shown is an inline nail manufacturing line including Enkotec’s high-volume NH01 machine for short nails of dimensions à¸1.8-2.87mm and 32-65mm length, running with the TA01 thread-rolling machine, designed for making screw shank or annular nail profiles with a production speed of up to 2,500 nails per minute. The working area of the TA01 is à¸1.8-4.2mm x 32-105mm nail length with a profile height of 27-76mm. Apart from the high production capacity, the Enkotec TA01 machine incorporates numerous advantages such as high-quality output, high stability, quick tooling changeovers, simple adjustments, and a low noise level. The machine is supplied with a vibratory bowl, a cooling system, and a connection to exhaust ventilation. Visitors will also see the new NL01 machine for long nails, capable of producing 1,000 quality nails per minute of dimensions à¸2.8-4.2mm and 75-127mm length. This is the latest model in Enkotec’s NX01 series of high-capacity machines, all of which are designed according to a modular principle with a basic machine and six machine variants, all featuring a PLC control system and touch screen operator interface, which is easy to navigate and allows for quick setup of nail parameters. Finally, all the exhibited nail machine lines will include a new-designed wire payoff, type PD01, featuring machine-integrated controls and allowing a max. coil weight of 2,000kg. Enkotec staff will as usual be pleased to show their customers how to upgrade older machines to become faster and more user-friendly, or how to rebuild machines for customised nail products.
