W.W.M. srl, pioneer of the new wet drawing processes, will astonish the visitors of next Düsseldorf exhibition with its revolutionary wet drawing machine mod. TB.7/N-S with zero slipping. Knowing well the advantages but also the disadvantages of the wet drawing process, W.W.M. has designed and manufactured a new wet drawing line that includes the benefits both of the wet and dry drawing machine. With this new line WWM wants to guarantee the final user higher efficiency, lower production costs, higher product quality. But above all, WWM wants to propose a simpler machine that can be operated by people without a deep experience, obtaining higher outcomes, lower production costs without the necessity of skilled personnell. As the best dry drawing machines, the new wet drawing machine TB.7/N-S guarantees zero slipping, having all the cones singularly motorized and a special wire speed control system, all dies are rotating and the cones are dipped into the lubricant. This deepest lubrication and a good cooling of the material are in this way guaranteed obtaing working speeds much higher than the dry drawing machine. Technical specifications: Max. inlet dia. 2,80mm; Min. outlet dia. 0,60mm; Speed: 35m/s ; Number of pitches: 7+1; Total power: 158kw.
