Teurema will be present as a company belonging to the Eurolls Group. Teurema designs, manufactures and supplies equipment used in the production of ferrous wire. Over the last 40 years cold rolling lines, multi-pass dry drawing lines, horizontal and vertical spoolers, static coilers, pay-offs, and take-up lines for treatment plants have been supplied all over the world for use in the welded mesh and wire industry. The main products manufactured by Teurema are: LG range – Cold rolling lines for production of smooth or ribbed wire from 3mm to 16mm finished diameter for concrete reinforcement. Constructed in modular form and totally enclosed, the lines can be supplied with different wire take up options: Horizontal and vertical spoolers are available with fully automatic operation, loading/unloading and handling of fixed or collapsible spools. Specific designs for integration with mesh welding lines are available. LE range – stretching lines for hot rolled wire rod from 5,5 up to 16mm diameter at speeds up to 10m/s. Teurema is working in the improvement of ribbed and smooth wire production for welded mesh and concrete reinforcing wire. LG-EC Teurema has developed high speed Stretching and Cold rolling lines integrated with straightening and cutting for the production of ribbed wire bars starting from wire rod coils, at a maximum speed of 6m/s. The wire diameter range of this line is 6mm up to 12mm.
