New Wafios Nailmaster sets standards for output and productivity in wire nail production. The recently developed Nailmaster produces wire nails of 50 – 100mm length from wire diameters up to 3.8mm. An output of up to 1,400 nails per minute is possible. The machine is operated fully automatically and produces clean, precise wire nails that are separated from the cutting waste. It has been particularly designed for in-line operation with a thread roller or collator. The CNC spring and wire forming system of the WAFIOS FMU series sets benchmarks concerning application possibilities, product range, speed and quality - last but not least thanks to a state-of-the-art control, measuring and monitoring technology. From the current series, the FMU 1.7 for a wire diameter range of 0.4 – 1.6mm will be presented in Moscow. The FMU 0.7 enables an economical and safe production of springs and bent parts – no matter whether you want to produce one part or a high volume of parts – according to highest quality requirements and standards.
