AIM will be presenting the newest innovation in wire bending: the “Synchro Bender”. Upgraded and updated 2D and 3D CNC wire bending solutions, single and double bending head machines with Fanuc robotics integration and complete automated systems. Completely automated work cell solutions that take wire from coil, form, weld and systematically arrange the finished parts. In all instances, wire can be fed directly from a coil, straightened, bent and cut using a software package that provides flexibility and simplicity in programming and is offered in all “universal languages.”
