At booth no. 3B13 (German Pavilion) Kieselstein presents at the wire Russia a draw-peeling unit which allows to produce wire of superior quality. Due to its intense research activities at its own technology centre draw-peeling Kieselstein has made it to the top of the world market in the area of wire draw-peeling. The draw-peeling unit can be integrated into existing wire drawing plants. In addition, Kieselstein will show its latest development called Eco-L-Box. This is a specially shaped soap box which allows for saving up to 30% drawing lubricant at up to 15% higher drawing speeds. Furthermore, the life time of the drawing die is prolonged by up to 30% due to less abrasive wear. The Eco-L-Box is a simple solution to increase efficiency in the wire production process.
