At wire 2008, Bilwinco will display a number of multihead weighers from the BW series and additional equipment for the weighing and packaging of all types of hardware products – nails, screws, bolts, nuts, plastic parts, etc. The multihead weighers can handle the whole range from 10g portions in blister packs to 25kg portions and item weights from less than 1g up to more than 500g. The primary advantages of Bilwinco's multihead weighers compared to classic linear weighers, is the improved accuracy, and very short change-over time to new products as no mechanical adjustments are required.
BW210H – heavy duty – high performance multihead weigher: The BW210H multihead weigher is developed for the handling of the very wide variety of products which is very typical for the Hardware industry – including very heavy and long items. It is strong and sturdy enough to weigh bolts, nuts, or other objects with a piece weight of more than 500g, and it ensures an output of 200 to 300kg per minute.
BW007H – small multihead weigher, low price, high quality: The BW007H is for capacity demands up to 20 portions per minute and frequent changes of product/package (large flexibility). The low-priced weigher weighs out portions from 10g to 2500g with multi-discharge function for larger portions. In spite of the low price the machine meets the highest demands for accuracy and is extremely space-saving. It can be used successfully in packaging lines instead of the traditional linear weigher.


PU – high speed paralleling: Bilwinco has a wide range of paralleling units that automatically parallel products to reduce volume in the filling process. The PUs cover a wide weight and capacity range, and all models are designed for heavy-duty applications. Latest addition to the Bilwinco line is the 4PU, with which you can upgrade your filling process from three to four boxes at a time, and consequently obtain a considerable capacity increase. The Bilwinco PU is fully synchronized with the Bilwinco weighing machine.
