Eder Engineeering presents its technological innovation, semi automatic high power ultrasonic machine, developed to process PCD die-tools with bore-diameters between 0.10 – 8.0mm diameter, at wire 2008 in Düsseldorf.
The following exhibits from the Austrian market leader will attract the visitor’s interest
- USP-Twin: Being the first ultrasonic die working machine offering two workstations, one for smaller die-bore sizes ( approx. 0.05mm diameter upwards) and another one for medium to larger die-sizes 1.0 – 8.0mm diameter). This revolutionary Eder conception can be handeld by one only operator, and will offer double efficiency.
- HGM-21: Twin spindle semi-automatic wire-type unit for sizing and polishing of diamond and PCD dies in an outstanding workrange and performance, offering two independent workstation and high working stroke speed to meet any customers’ specific requirements
- UFW-1: Specialist horizontal wire-type machine for working diamond dies in the ultrafine bore-size range between 0.01 – 0.30mm diameter.
- ETC-1/HF: Semi-automatic high speed tungsten carbide die working machine allowing a fast production or repair of round tungsten carbide dies. This easy to operate conception can grind and polish both the drawing cone and the cylindrical bearing in record time.
- TCLD-CB-CNC: Newly designed efficient CNC machine for the grinding and polishing of both the cone and the bearing of round tungsten carbide dies with larger bore-sizes between 1.0 to 6.5mm diameter and in fully automatic work cycles. All operations are controlled by an intelligent PLC system.
- TCSD-CB-CNC: Specially developped CNC controlled conception for the automatic grinding and polishing of small sized tungsten carbide dies in the bore-size range between 0.10 to 1,50mm diameter.
Additionally, die workshop ancillary devices, such as die inspectioning microscopes, ultrasonic die cleaning tank units etc. will also be shown at the Stand of Eder Engineering – Austria, as well as all kinds of drawing die-tools made of tungsten carbide, natural diamond and PCD and the Eder EID diamond powders and Diapol compounds.
