At wire 2008 in Düsseldorf Engineering Future Automazione Flessibile (EFAF) will present two different types of automatic coiling lines:
- automatic coiling machine Mautomatic 260, sold to “United Cable Industries Company”, Jordan, suitable to package coils of cable with section from 1.5 to 6mm2 in cardboard boxes, automatically labelled. The displayed version, will be equipped for the manufacture of the rigid cable or flexible in thermoshrinking film without the necessity to strap the coil, thanks to a special device designed by EFAF that allows to place the tail under the coil by keeping the perfect cylindrical shape.
- Automatic coiler MAC 520, sold to “Elkabel”, Bulgaria, suitable to package cable with section from 2 to 25mm2 in coils, with toroidal strapping and thermoshrinking film. The displayed version, will be equipped with a semi-automatic strapping machine that allows to carry out the diametrical and toroidal binding.
In this way EFAF wants to highlight its skills to satisfy the requirements of all customers. A lot of combinations and customized solutions are possible. During the exhibition both coiling lines will be under working conditions.
