With the new 48 BCX, Bamatec has expanded the BCX line to four machine types and is looking forward to present it to a worldwide clientele. In the retrofit section, Bamatec shows a former Schenker compression spring machine FA-30 K, refitted for the first time with a 4-axes CNC control unit. The wellknown automatic high performance coiling machines 8 RUC and 8 SC from Bamatec may naturally not be absent and complement the interesting Bamatec range of spring coiling machines. The 8 RUC, the fastest coiling machine on the market, is especially suitable for high volume springs, such as are required in the aerosol industry. The successor of the legendary Schenker FA-6 S is the Bamatec 8 SC, an economical solution. It is an ideal replacement investment for the conventional small compression spring sector. Additionally, the 8 SC is presented for the production of wire strands for medical applications.
