Automatic servo controlled spring lathe coilers WIM CNC can be equipped with patented WCS system for catching the 1st coil on the chuck and with 5 servo controlled axis for production of right and left coiled cylindrical and conical compression, extension and torsion springs and also for production of various bending parts. Through the use of 5 servo controlled axis (5AX system) customers are reaching higher productivity with lot of possibilities for production of wire forms. The machine pulls in, coils and cuts completely automatically. Through the use of WCS system companies are producing automatically compression and extensions springs without scrap. This system is a very good alternative concerning price to the already known wire forming machines.
