Ness-Ziona, Israel (MS Tech) – MS Tech, designer, manufacturer and innovator of advanced detection sensors, announced today that Arik Levy has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Levy will be responsible for MS Tech’s financial activities, including private and public fund raising, accounting and investor relations. Mr. Levy joins MS Tech after serving as CFO of Vyyo Inc., a provider of cable and wireless broadband access solutions for residential and business services, where he raised over $100M in public and private capital. Mr. Levy audit manager with Kesselman & Kesselman, Israel’s leading accounting firm and a member of PricewaterhouseCoopers International Ltd. “The addition of Arik Levy to our executive management team is a major milestone in the growth our company,” said Doron Shalom, CEO of MS Tech. “Arik brings to MS Tech deep knowledge of the technology industry along with strong financial acumen and executive management leadership.
