SPS – Industrial Automation Fair Guangzhou

Frankfurt a.M./Germany (Messe) – Impressively, SPS – Industrial Automation Fair Guangzhou, opened with over 300 exhibitors from 13 countries and regions. Taking up a display area of 23,000sqm, this new show was 45% larger than its predecessor, the China (Guangzhou) International Factory Automation and Instrument Exhibition, held last year. Top brands exhibited in the show from 8 – 11 March 2010 at the China Import and Export Fair Pazhou Complex. A wide range of control technology, drive systems, components, human-machine-interface devices, industrial personal computers, integrated systems, motion control sensors and sensor technology were on display. SPS – Industrial Automation Fair Guangzhou featured a variety of fringe events aimed at different industry sectors. This included a one-day SIAF Sensor Seminar. Leading experts from home and abroad hold 10 discussion forums on topics related to ‘European Latest Sensor Technology, Application and Development’. Another show highlight included the Guangdong Industrial Robotic Summit organised by the Robotic Committee of Chinese Association of Automation, the Guangdong Automation Association and the Guangdong Mechanical Engineering Society.
