During wire 2008 Aumann presented with great success the complete range of horizontal wire enamelling machines for wire diameters of 0.015 to 1.000mm.
Aumann exhibited its sophisticated ultra fine wire enamelling system DLH 2 in operation, covering the diameter range of 0.015 to 0.070mm. Several machines for the complete range of 0.16 – 1.00mm diameter with vxD-values of more than 200 were demonstrated to several customers in the Espelkamp factory. The complete Aumann systems consist of inline drawing unit, annealer, enamel applicator, baking oven with cooling system, inline control devices, double spooler for bi-conical coils and control with modern visualisation.
