Witt’s product range now includes a compact gas mixer that allows the user to mix their own gases quickly and simply. All common gases including oxygen and combustion gases can be mixed using the new MM-Flex. The composition, gas quantity and outlet pressure can be set variably. The ultra-compact device fits into almost every toolbox and its design is therefore extremely sturdy. It has connections for two gases on the left that are mixed independent of the primary pressure. The gas outlet to the consumer is located on the righthand side of the casing. The pressure is shown in bar and psi. The mixing valves have scaled adjustment knobs for setting the required concentration, even whilst wearing gloves. In short, it just couldn’t be any easier, anyone can mix gases.
The new "MM-Flex" is also extremely good value for money and is manufactured to the usual Witt high standard. It compliments the basic product range but is still produced to the normal high quality. The company is serving a growing market here, as more and more medium-sized companies recognise the benefits connected with mixing their own gases: Much less storage capacity required, less logistical effort and more cost-effective purchasing of individual gases rather than expensive special mixes. As far as flexibility goes, nothing can beat on-site production. For those who mix their own gases, it does not matter what is needed when and where: All the gas ratios are simply mixed to the required concentration on site to the specific required quantity hence causing no unnecessary loss of gas. A further added advantage is that no unused quantities are left over which in turn has a positive cost saving.
