Spring servo driven lathe coilers WIM CNC are used for production of cylindrical, conical, torsion and double torsion springs (only on WIM-4 CNC). Servo driving motors give you more production speed. The machine pulls in, coils and cuts completely automatically. Machine can be equipped with EXT WCS – external cutting unit and mandrel support and wire catching system. These options allow you to cut the spring in the last coil and make it almost without any wire scrap. The own made CNC control unit is very user friendly. The principle of this machine is: set up – start – walk away.
