Liquid sugar, cooling lubricants or contaminated waste water: the compact filter system Maxflow is an appropriate solution for a wide range of filtration tasks. This innovative concept combines filtration and discharge of the solid filtrate as briquets in a single unit, and is particularly suitable for deployment in process filtration. Maxflow works without filter aids, or, if these are needed, with considerably lower quantities of filter aids than usually needed, and yet it allows particle separation down to the micro-filtration range. Process media are subjected to less transportation and component substances are better separated for optimal disposal.

Cables today have to satisfy a number of different tasks. Therefore, cables can have a completely different design depending on their future application. Round wires and braids, for example, are insulated with various materials in different geometries. Displacement sensors can be integrated to the system so that insulation is optimised during production. The German machine builder, Lukas from Vohenstrauß, a manufacturer of banding machines, relies on laser measuring technology from Micro-Epsilon.
