Ho Chi Minh City/Vietnam (Allworld) – Vietnam’s largest machine tool and metalworking technology trade exhibition, MTA VIETNAM 2011, closed on a high on 8 July having seen a total of 8,243 individually registered trade visitors enter the hall, a substantial 19 per cent increase from the previous edition in 2010. A further 1,731 exhibiting staff, conference delegates, speakers and members of the press also visited the show to bring the total number of attendees up to a booming 9,974.
The exhibition buzzed with activity from the opening day as thousands of interested buyers scoured the halls looking to forge business relations with key industry players. Most were impressed with the wide array of machines and technologies on display from all over the globe, and expressed delight at the manufacturing solutions they had been able to find at the event.
Eleven national pavilions participated at this event, including large Official participations sponsored by the Verein Deutscher Werkzeugmaschinenfabriken e.V. (VDW) from Germany and UCIMU - Sistemi Per Produrre from Italy.
MTA VIETNAM 2012 aims to meet exhibitors and visitors’ expectations and will return on from 3 to 6 July 2012 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) in Ho Chi Minh City.
