Change of name
Herzogenaurach/Germany (Schaeffler) – As of January 1, 2012, Schaeffler Technologies GmbH & Co. KG will be known as Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG. This change will only affect the company name and the legal identity of the company will remain unaltered. The change of name has to take place due to the transformation of Schaeffler GmbH into a stock corporation.
