“wire” 2020 heading for new exhibitor record

October 2019 — From 30 March to 3 April 2020, the biennial trade fair “wire/Tube” will take place again. The organiser Messe Dusseldorf expects a further increase in exhibitor numbers. The leading trade fair duo for the wire, cable and tube industry was the forum for over 2,500 companies from the sectors in 2018.

Dusseldorf/Germany (Exhibition company) – There is about half a year to go. Then the two international no. 1 trade fairs for the wire, cable and tube industries will open their doors at the Dusseldorf exhibition centre from 30 March to 3 April 2020. As global information and business platforms for the key players in these industries wire and Tube attract over 2,500 enterprises from all over the world.  The registration figures for wire 2020 are already promising at this early stage. Organisers have posted a strong increase in attendance from Turkey, India and Taiwan, already exceeding the final exhibitor numbers of 2018. In addition to this, strong participation from the traditional exhibitor regions Italy, Spain, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Central and Eastern Europe points to new record exhibitor figures for next year. “The registration figures for wire 2020, which are very promising so far, confirm that our exhibitors refuse to be influenced by global economic fluctuations in this industry,” delights Daniel Ryfisch, Deputy Director Metals and Flow Technologies at Messe Dusseldorf.

“wire” 2020 will present its technical innovations in exhibition halls 9 to 17 on currently 65,000 m² of net exhibition space. This is an excellent result about six months ahead of the trade fair.
