Simultaneous drawing of 16 copper or aluminium wires

The “MMH 101.E2” can do both. Niehoff's drawing machine simultaneously processes 16 copper or aluminium wires. Drawing lines type MHM are built on a modular design and can therefore be adapted to the users’ specific requirements. Over 1,500 MMH lines are working world-wide.

Brazilian Niehoff-Herborn Máquinas Ltda. offers a drawing machine built under the license of Maschinenfabrik Niehoff GmbH+Co. KG, Schwabach/Germany. It’s designed for the simultaneous drawing of 16 copper wires. Operation is carried out by means of the standardised gateway “NMI” (Niehoff Machine Interface), a network-compatible colour touchscreen which features a clear task and user-oriented navigation structure and enables an easy intuitive operation. The machine’s sensor technology makes it possible to use machine, production and process data according to Industry 4.0. Niehoff’s MMH type multiwire drawing lines are built on a modular design and can therefore be adapted to the specific requirements of the users. Meanwhile, more than 1,500 MMH lines are working world-wide. The multiwire drawing machines are designed for copper and aluminium wires. The wires drawn on MMH machines exceed the most demanding specifications and processing requirements in view of physical properties and can be processed to multiwire bundles which are ideally suited for final applications or downstream processes such as high-quality stranding or braiding. Here some technical data of the “MMH 101.E2”.
